A report at Silicon.com points to recent research showing that small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which are accepted as public cloud providers’ target market, are either ignorant or sceptical of cloud. Ignorant possibly because the industry often uses jargon to try to get the message across and sceptical probably because they have heard the arguments about the Internet and other so called paradigm shifting technologies before.
